A sanctuary of stillness, colour, and sacred sound

Step into a circle of soft unfolding—

where time loosens, the breath deepens, and you remember the quiet beauty of simply being.

Petals of Self is an invitation to pause.

To release from the rhythm of doing,

and fall gently into the rhythm of being.

Held in sacred space, we will journey inward

through the luminous threads of mantra, yantra, and story.

Let the sacred geometry of a yantra become your doorway,

as you colour its ancient lines with quiet hands and open heart.

Let the mantra carry you—like a river of sound—into the stillness beneath thought.

As myth and meaning unfold through storytelling,

Invoking something within you,

waiting to blossom.

This retreat is for anyone seeking a return—

to Self, to spaciousness, to the gentle radiance that lives beneath the noise.

Your guides Angela & Holly

Angela is a long-time yoga teacher and retreat facilitator, known for her gentle presence and softly spoken wisdom. She offers a space that feels safe, nourishing, and unforced—where breath and movement unfold with quiet clarity. Her approach is intuitive, anchored in years of experience and a deep love for the process.

Holly shares from a place of lived experience—warm, heart-centered, and full of life. Her presence is both uplifting and deeply grounding, inviting students to soften, feel, and reconnect. Through her own evolving practice, she brings insight, lightness, and a nurturing energy to each moment on the mat.

Together, Angela and Holly create a retreat space that is both powerful and profoundly healing. Their shared intention is to create a gentle sanctuary, where each person is invited to come home to themselves,
to breathe fully,
to move with meaning,
and to open, petal by petal, into their own inner spaciousness.

This is the heart of Petals of Self.
